Enjoy a fondue dinner in a traditional Serra Gaucha and be amazed by the variety of flavors in this traditional Swiss dish. The fondue sequence starts with the classic cheese fondue, which is accompanied by bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes, and guava. The meat fondue in the stone, La Pierrat, will then be served, with noble cuts of beef, pork, and chicken garnished with 12 different sauces and farofa. To round out the series, savor the chocolate fondue and combine the flavors of seasonal fruits with the most popular sweets.
