Tour Overview

Discover Mindo, one of Ecuador's most biodiverse areas and home to some of the most amazing hummingbird and butterfly species.

You'll begin your tour ascending, where you'll be able to enjoy some of the most thrilling zip line experiences in 20 lines spanning the forest. You'll get the chance to admire this forest in its full splendor by crossing it in a cable car. On the other side of the river, you can hike (beginner level) to Mindo's best waterfalls. Bring your swimsuit and jump in; the water is cool and refreshing.

Later, you'll have time for lunch (not included) in a town with a variety of options ranging from vegan dishes to oven-baked pizzas. However, resist dessert because you'll be visiting a Cocoa Farm next, where you'll learn how cocoa is planted and then used to make chocolate! This event is hosted by a locally owned and operated socially responsible and women-only business. The tour concludes around 4 p.m., and you'll arrive back in Quito around 6.30 p.m.
