Pick up from the hotel in the morning and move to Demre where we make a historical journey over Kemer and Finike. Demre was one of the most important cities of the Lycian civilization. It was a place of settlement from the 5th century before the Hellenistic Period. During the reign of Theodosius II (408-450 AD.), the city became the Metropolitan of the Lycians. The city gained a reputation as the center of pilgrimage not only in Lycia but also throughout the Christian world. That was the reason why Santa Claus (St. Nicholas) lived here in Myra in this period. We visit St. Nicholas Museum.

Then, we move to the ancient city of Myra where our journey to the ancient world continues.

We have lunch at a local restaurant.
